Clark Construction has completed 77 retail multi-tenant shadow centers as well as a number of single-tenant projects that total over 2,000,000 SF since 2001. Typical tenants include Dollar Tree, Cato, Shoe Show, Radio Shack, Advance America, Sally Beauty, Maurice’s, etc. These are demanding projects that require close coordination with the developer, architect and tenant.

We have also built a number of single-tenant developments including Walgreens, Ashley Furniture, Super D, Stine Lumber, automobile dealerships, convenience stores and banks.
